"Clean rooms and staff is friendly "

"The villa was excellent! Very clean, comfortable. I booked this property over Spring Break SPECIFICALLY for the indoor pool, however, the pool was under maintenance the entire time we were there. There was no notice of the pool closure & nothing was mentioned at check in. We discovered the closure AFTER we had arrived at the pool for an afternoon of swimming. I had a VERY disappointed little girl! We were told the pool would be available the day we were to check out & were given permission to use it even after we check out time, however, when we arrived at noon as instructed, the pool was still closed & was not to be available for another two hours. We were not able to wait the additional two hours, so we left & were never able to use the pool."

"Rooms very basic hot water wasn’t hot enough to fill a tub. Hair dryer didn’t work pool and hot tub were very bare and not very clean "

"Nice place to stay in Branson. Great breakfast buffet. Would be nice if they had coffee and hot water available throughout the day. Also, please add hooks or a towel bar in the bathrooms to hang a hand towel. I’m amazed at the number of hotels that do not have a place to hang one. It’s such a simple and easy thing. And there’s always plenty of wall space. "

"This was an awesome choice for our stay. It was a weekend getaway after getting married. The jetted tub in the king suite was absolutely phenomenal. I will definitely stay here again."

"They claim to be pet friendly, but there is a $20 fee in addition to the Hotels.com price. There is also a $2 hotel service fee that they don't tell us about. Breakfast was terrible the first morning. We did not try it again. We were at the end of the building. It took about 5-7 minutes to get hot water to the shower. Only discovered the extra charges when I looked at my credit card bill. When I called about the extra charges they refused to make an adjustment."
