We were in town to see David at the Sights and Sound theater. 5 minute walk from the hotel. We were early to check in and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating!!

We are staying in the back of the Hotel. It has nice view. Plenty of clean towels. Room was clean except a coup of places in the refrigerator that didn't get wiped up good. Probably just overlooked. Overall I would stay here again in the future. Affordable pricing.

The room was clean and newly remodeled. The bed looked very new but was very firm. It was a bed with a remote to raise and lower head and legs. It also offered a massage feature-vibration. However when the people on the second floor above us used theirs it made a terrible noise! Thankfully, they only ran it 15 minutes.

Yes to both but I asked for no stairs. I had lots of stair, which confined me to the room. I have knee and leg problems. I can't do stairs. So while my family was out enjoying the city. I had to stay behind and play on my phone.

The front desk staff were super welcoming and made you feel at home. I really enjoyed the room locks as they were not normal hotel style.

Breakfast was in a makeshift place, no tables and chairs to sit and eat. Building refurbishing going on and less than professional workmanship even in guest rooms. Only good part was lower cost. I would search for a different place to stay next time.
