Buyer Beware of LOW rental rate

The condo was very nice and in a wonderful spot, but buyer beware that the very affordable rate that is advertised is NOT what you end up paying. The extra cleaning fee, damage deposit (which is NOT refundable) almost doubled the rate. Instead of the 2 night rent and tax of $283 I expected to pay, it ended up costing me $467.48!
