The motel was very nice for the price. The bedding was comfortable. The room was very clean. We were forgotten one day on getting our room cleaned. That was our only complaint. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Cold Shower
We had no hot water when we took our showers. Also, had to fix the toilet handle so it would flush.

Reunion
I stayed at the Red Roof for 5 days for a Marine Corps reunion. Rooms need to be updated. Carpet was well worn. The staff were very pleasant however.. It was over 100+ degrees the entire time I was there and only ONE ice machine working for 107 room.

Shower Power
The overall experience was fine... however, the shower heads are placed for midgets ! Lol. My husband is 6'4" and I am a shorty at 5'4".... and I still yet had to squat to get my head under the shower head.
Over all experience was good and clean, Beds were hard to sleep on. Free Wi-fi was overloaded with users and slow. Service was prompt and courteous. Pool was good. Continental breakfast was a little stale.

Nice for the Price
Ice machine in our building was broken, pool closed at 8 o'clock or dark we were told, staff left pool chemicals in pool area, frig in room had rusted wire racks. The breakfast was adequeate w/cereal, toast and doughnuts w/coffee and juice to drink. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the air conditioning was quiet and worked fabulously! Our special requests were accomdated.
The room was pretty clean could use dusting and cleaning behind the beds. The service was okay no major complaints. There was only one person working the night shift but he did try to assist us.There was no lighting around the pool area. I did mention that to the person on the night shift. The price was good for the location in Branson.
The Red Roof Inn is good, clean basic sleeping. Desk staff was very helpful. I was a little worried about the place as I was trying to get a late reservation over Memorial Day weekend. It's great stay, close to the strip but not ON the strip so if you know how to negotiate the back roads (yellow route is close by), you can get around fairly well. Close to the Andy Williams Theater and Moon River restaurant.
There were ants in the room and the vanity outlet quit working. Beds were not comfortable and room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. The TV was ancient and only had 6 working channels. This hotel is in need of an update.
Excellent customer service and very friendly staff.

Will go back again
The location of this hotel is why I keep going back. It is average or a little above for the condition. Breakfast is a major dissappointment. They use instant coffee which is awful. Selection of continental breakfast food items is unimpressive and they don't keep their ice machines working on each floor. Since the buildings are spread out and build on the side of a hill, it is difficult to get from one building to the other for ice.
Overall a good experience. Clean, quiet room and very comfortable beds. I would stay there again. Price was very reasonable.

Clean Basic Hotel
This was a clean hotel and room. Would have liked for the bathroom to be larger....real small. No ref. or microwave and just a very basic breakfast bar. Plenty of towels. We would stay again for the price.
I was very pleasantly surprised! I paid ten less than their going rate by booking through Expedia AND they didn't charge extra for my German Shepard to stay with me. Fantastic bargain as this was a very clean room. Not a run down roach motel like you would expect for the price. I stayed on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend and found this hotel to be very quiet. Breakfast was nothing to write home about though. Orange juice, coffee, raisin bran, cheerios, waffle maker, bananas, and 4 flavors of mini donuts like you get in the little packs at the gas station... that's it. But still well worth it. :)
I've stayed at this hotel, three or four years ago. It seems that it has not had a thorough cleaning since then. The chairs were stained, no rack was available for luggage, bedspread was old and had threads loose all over. I had to leave a note asking for coffee for the in room coffee maker, on my second day, and the towel rack in the bathroom was very dusty. Light bulbs were about 15 watt, in the lamps, so tough to read in room. The elevator floor was always filthy, and kids were running all over the third floor, screaming, most of the first two nights. Free breakfast consists of waffles and a few doghnuts with really weak coffee. By 8:30 it was down to one or two powdered sugar donughts and waffles with watery coffee. Nice staff, good location, but the hotel needs a good cleaning and some paint.
