Great hotel! It was clean, has an indoor pool/hot tub, free breakfast, and is an affordable hotel to stay in. You are less than 15 minutes away from most of Branson’s main attractions.

The front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming! The room was perfect and absolutely quiet! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were super. The welcome snack of ice cream and cheesecake was super! Stay here and you will be glad you did!!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Only had one problem and that was our last night there the people across the hall kept slamming their door up til around 1am. Other than that we will be staying again sometime!

If you're looking for a "hot" breakfast then be aware this is a continental breakfast. The "hot" is the toaster for bagals and pastries wewe packaged muffins. However the room was clean and comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. I wasn’t expecting much but this far succeeded any expectations I had. The staff was incredibly kind and helpfu, from the front staff to the hospitality team ( housekeepers and breakfast/dessert attendants). The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool area was quite large. The kids loved the dessert time at night. Breakfast was basic but good. Coffee was hot and fresh. A bonus was the multiple Tesla charging stations. We will definitely come back!

It is very good to stay for family. Hotel is very clean and meet my expectation. Breakfast was good. There are few options for vegetarian. it could have been better if they could have added fruits & pan cake. Hotel location is little far from the event location. If you have car then no issue. I will revisit again with my family shortly.

Overall a decent, clean hotel. The room did not get very cool, and we were there 3 nights with no housekeeping. I’m not sure if that’s just the norm now but we had to ask for new towels and wash rags and no one emptied trash. Staff was very friendly though.

Everything was great except the shower wouldn’t work. The front desk said there was a trick which I tried but still didn’t work, so that was unfortunate. Other than that it was nice, new and clean. The location was very convenient.

Property was decent. Definitely not a typical “Hilton” property. It appeared that they were doing some updating in different areas, including the breakfast area. The staff was polite, and helpful. The facility was clean and well kept. Breakfast was disappointing and we chose not to eat there because of the options. It did look like they were in the process of making it a better area.

Older hotel freshly remodeled, was clean and nice. Breakfast was a severely lacking, only “food” option was bagels and yogurt.…… could at least have sliced bread for toast ( they had butter and jelly) or cereal for the children. I understand the free breakfast is usually not a lot, but bagels only…… obviously the GM doesn’t have children. There was an ice cream social in the evening that was good.

The property has been renovated and is attractive. However, we experienced three negatives. First, the ice cream machine for the evening social was broken. Second, the breakfast was poor with very few offerings. Last, the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. The unacceptable Wi-Fi is a deal breaker for any future stays. Sorry!

We didn’t have hot water neither day we stayed and the water that we did have was yellow. The sofa bed my daughter was suppose to sleep in had cereal spilled all over the top I had to clean all that up we had no Kleenex in room and the 2 times we went to the pool there were not any towels we were here for a conference and convention and were extremely disappointed we will not stay here again. If we have to travel if the convention decides to use this hotel again !! The general manager refunded only one night and gave us a complimentary lunch. But for 914 ine night refund still leaving 500 was outrageous!!! I would not recommend this hotel to our friends and family it was a dump!!

Spark was a good place to stay

This was your very average hotel. A solid 3 out of 5. For the price of where we were visiting, I can say we would stay again. The breakfast was again your average breakfast fair. Well staffed and clean. One attendant was bussing, wiping down and attending to trash cans and general ops. The other was on the spot making sure the condements, napkins, and implements were well stocked. I realize their breakfast is meant to be quick, but it was generally good food. The plates, cups, utensils were all single use which helps them out, but not very green. It's all a busness balance when it comes to that. Beds were nice and linens clean. Bathroom worked well and was acceptably clean.
