Hotel has been renovated recently but it was not well done. AC smells bad and bathroom was not part of the renovation. Breakfast was way better couple of years ago.

Recepção despreparada c funcionários mal educados
O Hotel é ótimo. Porém a recepção deixa a desejar. Fiz a reserva e efetuei i pagamento 3 dias antes do check-in. Chegou na data faltando 15 min para o check-in e fui i formada de que não tinha reserva em meu nome. E que eu deveria resolver com o Hotéis.com e que deveria ter sido algum proprietário que anunciou o quarto por se tratar de apart hotel. Achei desagradável a maneira como o funcio seio conduziu a situação. Pedi para falar com o gerente ai o funcionário resolveu ligar para o setor de reservas e foi informado que tinha sim a reserva e que não tinha sido lançada no sistema. Quando fui preencher a ficha uma outra funcionaria me cobrou pela segunda vez o valor que já havia sido informado e apresentado que estava pago quando reclamei ela foi grosseira e fez cara de deboche. Mesmo depois disso tudo quando fui fazer o check-out outra funcionária questionou como eu ti já pago pois no sistema não contava o pagamento da minha hospedagem. Outro ponto negativo, horario de check-in, apenas um funcionário na recepção recebendo encomenda de moradores, prestadores de serviço e o hóspede aguardando para ser atendido. Tirando a lamentavel falta de preparo da recepção que respo de de forma grosseira um hóspede, do restante do hotel não tenho o que reclamar. Quarto excelente, cama super confortável, silencioso e super limpo.

Péssimo!
Chegamos no hotel e e o nosso quarto ainda estava ocupado por outro hóspede que tinha deixado as malas no quarto e saído. Disseram que iriam retirar as malas deles e que limpariam para que entrássemos. em 30 minutos fizeram toda a operação o que significa que não houve a higienização adequada do quarto. Pedimos que cancelassem nossa reserva e num primeiro momento disseram que se fizéssemos isso teríamos que pagar a multa. Além disso disseram que só nós podíamos fazer isso. Depois de muito stress disseram que dariam no show e passaram um email dizendo que não era para efetuar a cobrança, ou seja ele podiam fazer tudo sem nos causar o stress. Até o presente momento o valor de pré autorização não foi liberado do meu cartão, ainda tive que ficar sem poder contar com esse valor durante a viagem. NUNCA MAIS!

Check in demorou a acontecer, chegamos no quarto a camareira ainda estava lá, esperamos mais de 50 minutos, o restaurante não se comunica com a recepção do hotel, não há mensageiros disponíveis nem rádio enfim nada, não tem café da manhã incluso como da outra vez que me hospedei lá. Não pretendo voltar neste hotel.

Quarto Bastante confortável
Bem localizado, quarto grande e confortável. Apenas precisam melhorar serviço de check in e check out. Por trabalharem com flats e moradia a parte do hotel fica um pouco perdida.
