Edileny was excellent in helping us since she spoke some English. She helped us arrange a tour of the city and seamless checkout. She saw to our needs such as obtaining fresh bath towels. She always had a smile and was very friendly.

Precisa melhorar

O hotel precisa melhorar a infraestrutura: camas velhas, banheiro sem box e meio entupido, pois a água acumula no box e na pia. Além disso, não trocaram as toalhas de um dia pro outro, não limpando direito o apartamento, esperava mais pelo valor cobrado, que está na mesma faixa de outros com melhores estruturas.

Razoável. Fiquei no apartamento 801, tomadas com fiação exposta no quarto e no banheiro. Box só pela metade, quando tomava banho a água invadia o banheiro inteiro.

Minha experiência foi boa, a limpeza feita direitinho, quarto e cama confortável, mas o quarto que ficamos não tinha espelho pra gente se arrumar, somente no banheiro acima do lavatório e pra nos vermos tínhamos que sair pra ver no espelho grande que fica em frente ao elevador.

Hotel com quartos aonde as janelas não tem isolamento acústico muito barulho externo durante a noite toda, o teto do banheiro em pvc e caindo atrapalhando a abertura da porta, falta de um restaurante no hotel. Os atendentes são muitos receptivos.

Hotel necessita ser revitalizado

Trata-se de hotel antigo. Muitos pontos de bolor. A cortina blackolt muito velha e mal cheirosa. O quarto não tinha circulação de ar. O serviço deixou a desejar. Funcionários sem empatia. O melhor do hotel foi o café da manhã mas mesmo neste ambiente havia muitos pontos e bolor e enxoval do serviço velho.

Hotel com estrutura antiga, mas bem localizado e com bom café da manhã. O quarto que fiquei tinha uma porta trancada, que dava para ouro quarto do hotel...estranho isso. Pois, isso não foi informado pelo hotel.

O quarto que eu havia reservado tinha banheira, o que fui lotada não havia. Tive que eaperar mais de 10 mins para abrirem a gatagem, pois não sabiam onde estava a sala. Nao havia kit de banho no quarto, precisei improvisar uma toca, pois nao havia siquer para vender. O banheiro estava com excrementos nasais nas paredes.

Hotel simples, bom se for apenas por uma noite

Comecei a estadia me surpreendendo negativamente, quando descobri que não havia como parcelar o valor, o que não seria problema se fosse 1 ou até 2 dias, mas como fiquei 4 noites acabou sendo uma surpresa muito ruim. Para subir para o quarto, tivemos que usar o elevador de serviço, que era o único disponível. No quarto, a roupa de cama estava manchada, não soube dizer se estava sujo ou se era apenas velho. O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho. O café da manhã é o suficiente, apesar de bem básico. Os horários do café poderiam ser melhores, acaba às 10 até nos fins de semana. Qualquer coisa no serviço de quarto é extremamente cara, com pratos básicos chegando a 70 reais. Os funcionários do saguão são prestativos porém grosseiros e nada simpáticos. Não posso recomendar.
