Bom hotel, precisa melhorar o restaurante

Gosto desse hotel, é confortável, com boa localização, mas as vezes o atendimento deixa a desejar, principalmente no restaurante. Um dos dias, estávamos super cansadas e resolvemos jantar no hotel. Um filé de frango demorou uma hora e meia para ficar pronto. Atendimento bem insatisfatório. Precisa melhorar o restaurante urgente.

Problemas na comunicacao com os hospedes

Achei a localização do apartamento no piso SL muito desagradavel, tendo em vista que era no Corretor que estava dando acesso ao cafe da manhã (deslocado por razao de obra). Além disso, recebi ligacao as 22h perguntando se queria trocar de apto, o que foi bom, no entanto a comunicacao poderia ter sido previa e mais cedo, por wap por exemplo. Ainda sobre a comunicacao: no sábado o café foi transferido de volta para o restaurante mas ninguem avisou. Ficamos procurando e como nao achamos, voltamos para recepção, onde fomos informados sobre o restaurante.

Hotel muito bem conservado, limpo, ótimo atendimento. Boas vagas de estacionamento, apesar do acesso um pouco apertado aos subsolos. Lindo elevador panorâmico com vista para o eixo monumental e esplanada. Quarto um pouco pequeno, mas muito bem organizado. Portas pesadas, mas, talvez até por isso, com fechamento barulhento. Banheiro também pequeno mas bem distribuído. Café da manhã com variedade, mas sem destaques quanto ao sabor (nada compromete muito, mas nada se destaca também). Resumindo. Ótima opção em Brasília
