"I was very impressed with this accommodation. I was concerned about Check in but the lady with whom I spoke waited until I arrived and explained everything in beautiful English. She assisted me with my suitcase and advised me of a great restaurant 100 mètres away. It is in a quiet village and I had a car so am not sure how easy it is to access by public transport. "Hyggelig hotel midt i Plzen. Fasilitetene var fjonge, med hyggelige rom og veldig hyggelig betjening. Koselig sitteområde i bakgården. At du får ei diger mugge med Urquell som del av velkomsten var særdeles hyggelig. Spa-biten var helt topp!"

"Wir hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, da wir nach den Stadtbesichtigungen von Pilsen, Karlsbad und Prag Abends den Wellnessbereich nutzen wollten. Bei Ankunft schon die Ernüchterung, Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs gegen Voranmeldung. Bei der Beschreibung in Expedia war nur die Wellnessbehandlung (sprich hierunter fallen normal Massagen etc) angesprochen, was ja üblich ist. Weder an der Rezeption noch die versandte E-Mail brachte Erfolg, dass sich das Hotel dem Problem annahm. Dann...

"Hotel still felt brand new like it did 13 years ago when I previously stayed here. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel with a great restaurant. Perhaps the best part was the considerate attention of the owner and the receptionist, Viktoria. They were so nice, making this a memorable experience. There are a lot of steps, but we were helped with our bags. Dinner in the restaurant was great and the only downside was that the cellar part of the restaurant was closed for the summer. We were taken down to see it, though, and it is really fabulous. Breakfast is included and eggs were made to order, besides other options. I wish we had planned for more time in Pilsen and if we make it back, we would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was conveniently located to the best sites and things to do in Pilsen. Local restaurants offered delicious Czech cuisine and of course beers at good prices. The only issue we experienced was parking in the hotel garage upon our return on a Friday night. Limited number and narrow spaces added some frustration. Otherwise the staff and in house restaurant was great. Bountiful breakfast and large dinner portions were all welcome."
