"No noise from traffic. Some guests noise. Bed was comfortable. Good hot water for showers. Had mold in the bathroom by shower and lower shelf in shower had 2 large drywall screws under it to support it."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting the area for a funeral. After a long 7-hour drive, we arrived around 1:30 AM and were exhausted. Unfortunately, when we entered the room it was not as clean as expected. There was hair in the bathroom, including in the shower and on the floor, which was very unpleasant. The room also had a strong, unpleasant odor. Because it was so late and we had to wake up early the next morning to attend the funeral, we were too tired to go back downstairs to request another room at that time. The following morning, I went to the front desk and explained the issue. The employee at the desk apologized, which I appreciated. However, I asked where the manager was, not realizing she was nearby, and despite hearing the complaint, the manager did not acknowledge the situation or address my concerns. Overall, this was not a good experience. During a difficult time while traveling for a funeral, I expected the hotel to provide a clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. "
