"Great staff, good tv selection, loved the Disney shuttle"

"Requested a room overlooking the front parking lot. My room in back. No instructions whatsoever to use remote for tv or to use anything else. Light shut off while showering is very dangerous! No warning that they were going to be working outside my window and compressor all day along with yelling Spanish at each other. Window sills filthy! Felt dirty in that room. I'll never stay there again. Would love to attach photos if possible. I can no longer recommend this site. Front desk could care less. Would love to hear or pass this on to Wyndham. Hopefully no others are this bad. For a time I thought I was going to get rest, instead I left with a headache. No sleep until last night. I would suggest an upgrade with competent contractors. $300.00 for a lousy stay. My company wouldn't even stay due to the awful noise. "

"Unfortunately, the mattresses in room 236 are the worst we've ever slept on. We woke up with neck, back, and hip pain because they are as hard as a rock and have a lump in the middle of the bed. This might be specific to this room, but the location is convenient if you're staying there as a student at USC Fullerton. The place could improve by adding EV charging stations and replacing the old mattresses. "

"The room overall was great. Only thing that really upset us was the toilet. It’s tall. I’m average hight my partner is shorter, but the toilet was meant for very tall people. Very uncomfortable. So if you’re a shorter person that will definitely bug you. "
