Great bedrooms - really spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. The road the hotel is on is busy but not too noisy. And it's only a short walk to the old town and nearby cafes. Good value for money

Room very small but clean. Looks like it was a warehouse turned into hotel. Breakfast was expensive. Staff was never at reception desk and had to wait a while sometimes for them to show up and not too friendly to Americans. The property looks like it's in a bad area. Doesn't look like a hotel from the outside.

Worth twice the price!
A quick walk from Train station, passing a less savory sort of individuals, the area raised questions, (single woman at night?) but area was safe, and once in the hotel, was amazingly surprised and comforted. Inside the hotel was great attentive service, a great lobby, and a very comfortable room with everything one would need. Great night’s sleep! Walking distance to everything.

Friendy staff and excellent room. Good location, close to the historic city center, but the area looks a bit dodgy. We did not experience any bad situation in the area though.

Beware card machine tricks
The hotel and its facilities were excellent, and breakfast was tasty. The part of town leaves a little to be desired - especially the elevated section of dual carriageway outside the windows. However, I felt this was a good booking and I was pleased - until reception tried the Dynamic Currency Conversion trick on me, ‘helpfully’ selecting pounds instead of euro for payment before handing me the machine. Upon objection, they did it again. Then I was told it was management policy. This would have cost me 4p extra per pound on my bill, and is sharp practice if not a scam. I should not have had to ask three times to settle my bill in the local currency. A pity.

good for short stays
the rooms look nice and very apartment like , its good to have fridge and kitchen utilities i was happy toes that . the coffee was replaced everyday but not the tea .they forgot to replace the the on my 10 days stay . the cleaning was not great as they don't wipe the floors you could tell . many days it just felt like they have just done the bed and left everything else. toilet was the same , no wiping the floor or anything . it felt airless . the breakfast was good , but you say your room number at entrance and then another lady comes and asks you . thats lack of communication . i have even up after that to say my room number at the entrance until the other lady asked , if staying long time i wouldn't recommend this one as you would like to stay somewhere fresh every day. it is good for short stays .

The hotel is well situated close to die alte Stadt. The rooms are comfortable. I found the bedding, although clean, didn’t smell clean. The breakfast was very good.

Ich habe mich in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat mir auf meinen Wunsch hin sogar einen Wasserkocher für meine Wärmflasche zusätzlich auf's Zimmer gestellt. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man auch vom Verkehrslärm nichts. Eigentlich darf man auch bei dieser wunderbar zentralen Lage auch nicht erwarten, dass man bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Ich werde in Zukunft dort wieder ein paar Tage verbringen.

Herausragend
Herausragender Service und angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem Hotel in neuem Zustand. Die Sauna ist eine Buchung wert, denn der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist beeindruckend. Die Lage ist gut, die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fußläufig in 15min zu erreichen.

the room is ridiculously small. they put two beds where there is not enough space. The worst thing is that it was cold in the room but the old-fashioned bathroom was freezing. The quality of the accommodation does not correspond to the price. lastly, some of the staff were very noisy from early in the morning in front of the rooms.

En lyckoträff i Bremen.
Väldigt centralt men välisolerat så det var tyst på rummet. Rent pch mrd eget kylskåp och kassaskåp på rummet. Öppet wifi tyvärr oskyddad utan inloggning. Mycket trevlig frukost till en kostnad givetvis. Rent och fräscht.

Det første værelse vi fik lugtede af kloak. Vi skulle så skifte værelser til et nyt som var bedre og i orden. Det nye værelse havde ingen elkedel så vi må i stedet nedenunder og hente varmt vand lynhurtigt inden receptionen lukkede kl. 22.00. Glasvæggen i badeværelset var utæt så der løb vand ud på gulvet når vi tog brusebad. Internettet virkede ikke - og det var receptionen helt med på - men kunne ikke hjælpe, blot undskylde ???

Tolle, geräumige und sehr saubere Zimmer. Super moderne Ausstattung. Auch das Badezimmer und die Armaturen sind auf neustem Stand. Das Frühstück ist super, tolle Auswahl. Die Rezeption und auch die Bediensteten sind nett und hatten immer ein lächeln parat. Sowas ist wichtig und führt zu einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die 3 Sterne fühlten sich an wie 4 Sterne. Wäre die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt, würde es diese wohl geben. Alles in allem habe ich schon viele 4 Sterne Hotels erlebt, die deutlich schlechter waren, als das 3 Sterne Vienna House!
