"The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room."

"Fabulous location, right at Interlaken West. Walking distance to Ost and Untersee, shops and restaurants, and transport connections to a myriad of destinations. Lovely, clean and modern hotel, very spacious room with balcony looking out across the river and great breakfast selection. Comfortable beds and great shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This is a small but cozy hotel to the west of the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small bath. The lobby was cozy and the buffet breakfast was good with a number of options. It is close to several tram and bus routes which made it easy to get around. I appreciated being around some greenery in this area of the city. They do not have 24-hour staffing at the front desk so a code is needed to open the door after hours."

"Everything was perfect! The hotel is in such a convenient spot accessible to a lot of public transportation! The breakfast buffet was extremely great! Also something that I would like to highlight “The staff was extremely nice and kind!” That is something I really appreciate as tourists!"

"You can book, check in, and check out without ever speaking to another person… if that’s what you like, it’s great! We certainly missed the human contact. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00."
