Fabulous place. Wonderful story of three young brothers ownership who are very visible everyday and everywhere working—to make your stay perfect. Food as good and interesting as any Michelin star restaurant in Europe. Fantastic and very roomy spa and pool areas. Excellent service by all staff. Beautiful hotel. Shuttle offered to nearby ski slope and town. Definitely will make a return trip.

Wonderful place. Santre is a brand new resort, the holiday was perfect, stimulating and relaxing at the same time. The rooms are modern and characteristic. They look out onto a private terrace with a view of the town of Brixen. Mount Plose is located behind the Hotel and can be reached in a few minutes by car or by walking through the narrow streets of the small village of Sant'Andrea. A special mention must go to the staff, without whom the experience would not have been the same. The cuisine is excellent, with attention paid to all tastes (including vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner). The whole experience is enhanced by the activities organized by the staff (cycling, hiking, yoga).

This is BY FAR the best hotel my fiancé and I have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful, the setting tranquil, the saunas fantastic, the pool area idyllic and calming and above all the staff were just the most accommodating and welcoming of any we have encountered. Special shout out to Leonardo and all the catering staff, bar staff and reception - you are what makes this hotel brilliant.

Hotel and facilities were amazing! Food was delicious. Views are stunning. However, it was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning wasn’t turned on and we had a terrible sleep. The hotel staff explained the problem the next day - very apologetic and understanding. But the night staff were dismissive and unhelpful and left a very bad taste in the mouth given the price we paid.

Luxuriöses und familiäres Hotel

Tolles Hotel von der Ankunft und Begrüssung über die Abnahme vom privaten PKW bis hin zum Checkin und Begleitung aufs Zimmer. Das Abendessen im Restaurant sowie Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Spa Bereich war ebenfalls sehr schön und angenehm. Die Bar sowie Terrasse waren super lecker und wunderschön. Wir hatten leider nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt, planen jedoch für einen längeren Zeitraum zurück zu kommen.

체크인 할 때 룸 업그레이드 되어 좋았고, 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 수영장은 길이가 짧아 살짝 아쉬웠지만, 전망이 좋아 앉아서 책읽기 좋았습니다. 저녁식사에는 디저트 뷔페가 있어 좋았고, 아침식사에는 건강하고 맛있는 음식이 나와서 좋았습니다. 한국의 5성급 호텔을 생각하면 같은 가격으로 훨씬 좋은 서비스를 받은 것 같습니다.
