"We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake.
However, there are several important areas requiring improvement:
- Air conditioning does not exist. We had to leave the door and windows fully open at night which is unfair. While air con may be expensive to install, P&V should...

"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"Itâs a 2 star residence, a little worn off and in need of redecoration, but clean.
The staff are very helpful and friendly especially if you make an effort to speak French.
The location is perfect for the 2 minute ferry (navette bus) that will take you across the channell to the beach (it will save you a 30 minute walk).
There us a very big supermarket across the road with amazing fresh produce especially fish and seafood. Some restaurants nearby too (table reservation a must).

"Séjours agreable, personnels sympathique mais la propreté du logement laisse vraiment a desirer. Il faut vraiment faire un effort sur ce point . Un des murs de la salle de bain avait pleins de tache jaunes, des nids d'araignées dans les angles des murs, radiateur pleins de poussiÚres, mobilier extérieurs et étendoirs sale a notre arriver..
C'est dommage car la résidence est super jolie , avec ces petites maisonnettes.
