"I am a marriott bonvoy member and used to work for Marriott several year ago I always prefer to stay at Marriot hotels because of the standards for room cleanliness and upkeep. We were extremely disappointed in this experience as we were there for four nights and 3 days. Each day we had to ask the front desk for more towels. Also, we would go out for the day to enjoy the town and come back at 5/6pm each day and the room hadnt been turned. We would ask the staff and they said they were understaffed and would get right on it. We were then inconvenienced with our plans each night because we would come back after a day out expecting a clean room, fresh towels, a made clean bed. None of this happened. On the third day they said they would get right on it at 5pm. We left for a little while so they could clean the room, and we came back to just a made bed. All of the trash and empty bottles from three days prior were still on the nightstand. Nothing was replenished in the bathroom. We continued to be inconvenieced with not fresh towels or a clean room. It was very frustrating because we expected a lot better of service from the housekeeping standards marritto always upholds with the brand. On our last night the manager herself came upto our room to see it after it was "cleaned" and she said it was unacceptable becuase the bottles and cans and trash were still there. Although she was super nice to do this I expected a lot more to make up for the previous three days "
