"The walls where dirty as long as you went down to the counter they were very helpful. If you called them on the phone, you constantly get put on, hold. And it was very horrible experience i don't even know if I was talking to anyone. It was actually in the hotel it seemed like they were off sight. ..."

"Super clean, well decorated, has conveniences that are thoughtful in every Jungle House location, nice fluffy towels. This property was pretty run down, but compared to other places we've stayed in the area, it is really nice to have the amenities. Great location."

"The room was clean, cute, and everything was very nicely decorated and easy to find within the apartment. Check in using door keypad was troublesome; codes didn't work but staff was quickly responsive to the situation and very nice. Parking is on side streets behind the building, not directly adjacent ..."
