"Parking was great! Nice common sitting area under the Old Senator Tree in the middle of the parking area. Met a nice man from Wisconsin and had a great conversation! If you stay in Saint Augustine go to Cap’s on the Water in Vilano Beach - it was a one of a kind seafood place on the water that you will not forget!"

"My room #120 was smelly. The bathroom was terrible. Found a cockroach in the shower. The window was dirty. The shower curtain rod was all rusty. Also, the makeshift shelf was unstable. I hope the room will be renovated soon."

"Cute & swank but for the price? Never again. Breakfast costs $30 extra, parking another $10. Don't boast about breakfasts then sneak a charge for it. And for the love of it, do not boast about a rooftop pool.. I've seen kiddie pools that are bigger. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room but overall, this hotel was not worth the money when ADA accommodations are needed and requested before checking in. The hotel room was too small for even a walker to get in past the tv/dresser to get to the sleeping area of the rooms. Other than that, loved St. Augustine. "

"I really enjoyed the Edgewater Inn. I liked the location next to the river and across from the city. I liked being able to sit on my patio next to the river, have a cup of coffee and watch the world go by. The breakfast was quite good and the hostess kindly packaged mine up so I could eat it later in the morning. The dining space was pleasant and had a good view. IT is a simple, comfortable lodging place in a very convenient location for both going into the city and also enjoying Anastasia Island. I recommend it as a home base for exploring the area."

"We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable room overlooking the bay…only one complaint - we hated the valet service for parking ! It was bad enough paying $29 a day for parking (tips extra), but having to submit to valet service every time we went out and returned was a bummer. I dont like anyone driving my car except myself…"
