No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. "The flat was new and modern looking. It was Pleasant, but as the windows were dirty and the view from those windows (being at the back of the property) was very unappealing, we were forced to have the blinds down all the time. The biggest disappointment was that on the Expedia ad it said 'parking included' and it was not, therefore we felt Expedia used false advertising. "It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom needs updating- no toilet roll holder. Plenty of sockets as well as USB ports. The building is 2 floors with no lift. Plenty of parking. Great location to get to Bridlington. We ate at the pub 4 times. 2 breakfasts which you had a decent choice although the orange juice was was quite watery. 2 evening meals which were nice but they were running out of items quite early and for a bank holiday it seemed that they hadn’t prepared for the amount of people. Staff were friendly."
