"We've stayed here many times over the last 10 years. I rated this stay 4 stars. The reason I rated our most recent stay a 4 was due to the pool being closed for renovations. We were not notified the pool was closed prior to our stay and we were surprised and very disappointed. The pool is usually a big part of our vacation and we have used it every stay in the past. Had we known the pool would be closed during our vacation we would have made other plans. If it weren't for the pool, we would have given a 5 star rating once again."
