"Booked the accommodation as normal, got sent through access codes for the main building door and the individual apartment door.
Turned up at the apartment 5 minutes before check in and got an email saying the stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. Several other apartments from the same company still available to book on the website so this was clearly lies, why list a property that isn’t for to stay in?

"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"An amazing hidden gem! A lovely setting, the pub was great with a huge beer garden and play area and the hotel was lovely and clean and VERY quiet - we didnt hear other people inside or out on any of the 3 nights we stayed. Beer garden was right outside our window and very busy with families and kids playing football but could not hear a peep in the room. Room also had air con but wasnt very good, and we used our Shark fan we had brought from home knowing it was a hot weather week. We ate in the pub for dinner on arrival and enjoyed their Curry night offer. Would definitely stay here again if in the area."
