"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond for anything we needed. The breakfast was ok, not the greatest but overall great place to stay."
"Our stay was great, the breakfast was left to be desired but beyond that we had a wonderful stay. Everything can't be amazing all of the time, but still a good floating weekend."
"I had an amazing time during this stay on the 4th of July weekend! The staff was super friendly especially Nancy! She was the sweetest!! The rooms are very spacious and the beds were comfy and the hot water was perfect is was a nice place to relax after the long day at the lake!! "
"Frankly I would give 10 stars if I could!!!
My fiancée and I stayed here for 1 night.
The front desk ladies were particularly amazing!! They were so friendly and welcoming! They were professional and very helpful. We were able to check in early with no extra fee and we were so relieved…. We asked if DoorDash would be allowed, and they were so helpful in explaining how to do that…
The room — it was so incredible! I’m not lying!! I was nervous because the last 2 hotels we have stayed at (not Holiday Inn Express) had bed bugs and other plentiful issues …. So we were a bit worried…. But we checked and double checked EVERYTHING and it was all in the clear!! We booked a King bed - suite. So, there was a loveseat, a chair, the bed, a table for doing work or whatever, and a TV mounted on the wall — in front of the bed. The TV worked after some pushing of different buttons lol, but it was still fine.. The bathroom was spotless. There was no tub, so it was a walk in shower with a sliding door. The hand soap, and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all Dove brand. All in all it was an AHHMAZING time, and I would recommend staying here if you are ever visiting!!!"
"Our room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved how the mini fridge had a small freezer. We were a little sad that the hot tub was under construction during a stay, but that would not stop us from staying again. The breakfast provided was well stocked with a variety of items and everything was fresh and hot. We will stay here if given the chance to come back to Stilwell again."
