"Entering the property was very off putting. I regretted the booking as the stairwell was dirty musty and stunk of marijuana. The apartment itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. I have to say it was overall one of the worst stays of any apartment ive booked . Extremely noisy from neighbours in unit 4 and from party goers loudly hanging out at the NCP car park. Only stay if you like lots of noise. Construction ongoing next door. Had I known i would have stayed somewhere else. Close to...

"I had a truly wonderful stay at The Kings Hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the service throughout was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and unwind. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt both elegant and inviting. Thank you for a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back! "

Well located, friendly hotel

"Well located hotel with friendly staff. We didnt eat here so are unable to give opinions on this. Bar service was excellent though. Bed very comfortable. Excellent bath and shower and loved the quirkiness of the bathroom. Lovely L'Occitane products. Very short walk to the beach and the lanes. Would 100% stay here again. We used the park and ride as parking is extortionate in Brighton. P&R much more reasonable and only a 5 minute walk to the hotel from the bus stop."
