"I wish I stayed another day if I had the time I would have. I had a small corner room. It’s kind of tiny, but it was fine. The shower was probably the best part and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints. everything was great. I wasn’t unable to use the amenities because of my schedule and I was there for a business trip but dinner was superb. The cocktails were perfect. My meal was perfect. honestly I would definitely fly back there just to eat at the restaurant."

"My room was gorgeous and perfect for the work day I had planned. The service was not what you would expect at a 4 diamond/4 star hotel. I was given the Hotels $20 meal credit and told I could use it on room service. Called room service multiple times and just kept getting busy signals. Called the Front Desk and also just kept getting busy signals. Finally called the resort from my cell phone and someone picked up. I was told that the only restaurant serving room service closed early that evening. No guidance or help, just that information. After inquiring I learned that the only food available was at a restaurant at the other end of the resort. I could not find the phone number for this restaurant anywhere; needed to call back and have the front desk person connect me. Ordered, made the long walk there and back, and discovered in my room that they had not given me what I had ordered. There was no way I was going to walk all the way back to fix it. The next day morning just before 9am there was a fire drill for the hotel staff - was thankful that I had not planned to sleep in. I was able to use the meal credit for breakfast, though they had run out of the item I wanted. Anyway, the room was gorgeous and perfect, which was what mattered most to me."

"We booked two rooms for our trip. Our rooms were booked by the host in separate buildings...far from each other. Both of the rooms we were given were not cleaned upon our arrival, which was well after the check in time. It took a while to get new rooms. I had to go out of my way to suggest that our rooms, which were booked together, were in the same building. The rooms were nice. I will say that I didn't feel very safe as a women staying on this property. There isn't much protecting you from strangers. The room doors have deadbolts but with no employees onsite I didn't feel as safe. The rooms were very clean and as expected. You can hear everything going on in the rooms above you. So, if you are a light sleeper this may not be your best option. It was nice having onsite parking in a secure garage. It would have been nicer if we were able to access the garage by one of the other doors closer to our assigned building, rather than having to navigate all the way back to the garage door itself. The garage door is closest to building 1-5...if you are staying the the other higher number buildings you will need to lug your luggage a long way. I'd stay here with a group. I would not stay here alone as a woman for safety reasons. You are better off at a hotel."
