"I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
During my stay, I had an unexpected issue with the toilet in the middle of the night—the mechanism in the tank completely broke. Although there wasn’t an engineer on duty at that hour, the hotel sent a security officer who did their best to try and fix it. While the issue wasn’t resolved immediately, I really appreciated the effort. The engineer arrived first thing in the morning and got it repaired promptly.
The area around the hotel is nice but does have a visible presence of homeless individuals and panhandlers, which made me a bit uneasy. I truly appreciated the security fence surrounding the entire property and parking lot—it made a big difference. Honestly, without it, I likely would have changed hotels.
The gym was clean and well-maintained, and I was grateful that housekeeping serviced my room daily without needing to make repeated requests. That’s something I really value when traveling.
One downside was the laundry room. Only one set of washer and dryer was functioning during our entire stay. The other set was out of service, which was challenging since many softball and soccer teams were staying there and needed to do laundry. I wish that had been addressed sooner.
The parking fee is on the higher side, but understandable given the level of security.
Overall, I would definitely stay here ag"

"They were overly accommodating in every way. Expedia list this hotel is having rollaway beds available, but they were not able to provide a rollaway bed and due to fire Code so that was frustrating. The hotel staff worked with me to help me build a second bed out of a bunch of pillows and comforters, which is fine for me. Probably wouldn’t be for a lot of other people."
