I wish they refurbished the apartment because they are very old. The sofa and the chairs are quite disgusting.

Room was Big and Clean. But outside resort was dirty and lamps not clean full with dust and no housekeeping done on my 2nd day of stay

Terrible, terrible check-in experience. Check in was meant to take place at the Copthorne Hotel (which is just next door) but the check-in staff couldn't find my booking and suggested that I go to a dodgy looking motel next door instead. I wasted over an hour driving and asking around before deciding to go back to Copthorne check-in desk and insisted that they check again on the system. And guess what, my booking suddenly appeared. Very shockingly the duty manager refused to even come out and apologize. Won't be coming again for sure!

Both bathroom have drain problem flooded the hole bathroom during shower, location are good walking distance to Kea Farm market

quite comfy...maybe?
the room is generally pretty clean however they're some fungus on the wall due to the humidity there, it is suggested to improve their prevention of the growth of fungus.
