"The best thing about this hotel is the food which really is 5 stars for an inclusive. The staff are a little money hungry and react negatively when asking for a glass with ice. They are also a little intense about the swimming pool rules!! We were asked to wear caps for an outside pool! Wifi sucks and room facilities to make our own drinks and air con broken. "Our 4 night stay at the Residence Club Barbara was perfect, the apartment was clean and had everything needed. The lady in reception was very nice and really helpful. We were very early in the season, so only 2 restaurants open and 1 small grocery store. A frequent bus service to Ostuni town or train station meant that we were never short of things to do. We were able to visit Bari, Lecce and other towns great train service "

"Hotel was great, extremely clean and tidy. Good location for beaches and a few restaurants. We stayed in a penthouse room, which was spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was included on our booking and was lovely too. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and more facilities. There doesn’t appear to be any bus service in the area so you may wish to consider either a hire car or taxi if you wanted to see outside of this resort area."

"One of the best hotel I ever stayed in my long years of traveling. It is very clean, well refurbished and functional. It felt like we were VIP guest in a palace because of the hospitality of the owner Madam Beatrice and all the staff. They were very courteous and helpful. I would like to mention among them Alfonso, Mateo and Francesca for making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay in this marvelous palace on our future trip to Puglia. ❤️ The Olivan"
