The property itself was comfortable and new. However it was very far away from main cities - you needed to catch 2 or more trains to get to places.

Great location in the heart of Fortitude Valley. The room was quite small but very clean and nicely presented. The lady on the reception desk was super helpful and friendly. For the price, it was great and I'd stay there again.

Loved all the art work and the decor of the building. I took my son here for his 18th birthday and he loved it! Any requests made by us were happily obliged to. Highly recommend :)

I really enjoyed my stay here! We first had a room which was quiet and comfortable but the aircon wasn’t super cold! Reception staff were lovely they changed our room promptly! Everyone was so nice! We did get warned it could be loud due to traffic and the neighboring bars but the first room we had was super quiet and the second room the window faced the bar Next door which also wasn’t bad and we enjoyed the songs we could hear! Will definitely stay again

Privacy invaded twice in room
Approximately 3 hours after checkout our room was accessed by staff. A tap on the door them the door was opened and a man walked in, complaint was made immediately but in resolution. The next morning at approx 8:40am the same thing occurred again but it was house keeping stating we had checked out already, this was now the second time our privacy was compromised, a complaint was made formally via email but no resolution. Recommend NOT to stay there

Liked the whole experience. However, gym floor was not maintained. No hand sanitizer off elevator, no soap in gym bathroom, no cups for water machine in gym. Also no beeper for tv in conference room. Please please handle the gym. I did ask Billy to put cups up there. It didn't happen. I was there 5 days and used the gym every day. Josephine Pook
