Sunnybank Star Hotel & Apartments
The reception staff member was polite and helpful. The general cleanliness was okay. As an aging townhouse some upgrades have been done, but it probably needs some more replacements and a deep clean in kitchen area.

Paid parking through an outside company. Instructions on how to enter not clear. Intercom didn’t work, lucky Rambla responded quickly with options and came to our rescue. Online parking instructions not current and didn’t work. Not impressed with parking company

I think the rooms require more plates/bowls/cutlery. There is a dishwasher, however it cannot be used with a group of more than 2 people as there arn't enough plates and bowls to go around. The height of the rooftop walls was concerning as well, we felt unsafe with our children close to the ...
