As a place to stay before a flight the hotel is very well located and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast has improved and has a wide variety on offer. Just be careful with the hot water, it can be very hot!

Breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before our short walk to the terminal from the hotel. Great convenience, friendly service at check-in, and quality rooms. The hotel met all our requirements. Unfortunately, as a consequence of redevelopment of Bristol airport, after leaving the terminal building, the hotel is not signposted, leading to a rather dangerous walk along a busy road.
