It was a lovely hotel but there was major woks happening meaning the whole hotel was covered is scaffolding. Also more room to hang clothes would be useful

The air conditioning system is controlled by the central system. It is set at around 26 degree Celsius. You probably need to open the window for some fresh air and cool the room down. But there is scaffolding right now. So, it will be super dusty for opening the window. The noise from the surrounding will also stop you from taking a good rest.
