"Pathetic stay. Though in a great location just minutes away by walk from Baga beach, this property is a disaster. Absolutely deplorable condition, ill maintained and terrible staff attitude. Housekeeping is best described as non existent, intercomw doesn't work, no dental kit or body lotion. When asked, they suggested to use conditioner instead! Breakfast variety ends before it starts. "The Alila Diwa was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Staff were very helpful, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurants, bars and pool were excellent. We also used the Spa which was exceptional and very good value. The beach shuttle was also a great way of getting to and from the local beach. I wish we had stayed longer at the Alila Diwa and will definitely be returning in the future!"
