"We had a 3 night stay for a family wedding. This is an old factory turned into living spaces #6. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere for food, shopping or exercise along the river walk. It is a beautiful small town. Perfect. The room was big enough and clean. We stayed in an efficiency, not a suite. It had all the basics needed for a short stay. We were very pleased with the room but there is room for improvement. The two plastic chairs were very uncomfortable, so it’s a good thing we didn’t stay in the room much. The bathroom was very nice but the vent fan is extremely loud and is on the same switch as the light over the mirror, so we couldn’t just use the light. The mini-split was able to keep up to the heat wave weather, but it was a little noisy. The room had only a very small trash can in the bathroom and no instructions on what to do with the trash when your stay was done. We ended up putting the trash in the trash can on the street corner. The 2 hr. free street parking was confusing. We couldn’t figure out if it was all of the spots or just the ones with signs. We still don’t know, but there are parking lots for free overnight parking, if you don’t mind a short walk.
This place, with the few items I mentioned, worked for us and we would definitely stay again. If you don’t like stairs as there is no elevator, or walking a little more than a short walk to your car, I would look elsewhere. Otherwise this place is great."
