"This was absolutely perfect. The hosts, Lenka and Paul were amazing and helpful (great English). The apartment was sparkling clean. It had a washer (no dryer). Location was only a few minutes to main train station, tram lines and city center but far enough away to be quiet. They offered a pick up service which was in a nice van and timely. You could also order different types of pillows to the room! We received a welcome drink on arrival too. The breakfast was outstanding and set us up for the day. "I stayed 3 days and all was good. The restaurant is closed (not sure if permanent or temporary), but they still had a breakfast in the morning. Free taxi to center of city (one-way) was a nice and unexpected bonus. Parking was free and there are plenty of outlets for plugging in your devices."
