"Location was great as it’s only a short walk to the seafront. Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. Had issue with WiFi but they were helpful. "Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"
