Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "We had an excellent stay at the Spilman Hotel. The room was clean and spacious with high quality fixtures and fittings. The receptionist Michelle was friendly and welcoming and the location was great. We won't be the first to mention the challenging entryway to the car park - but the video supplied by the hotel was helpful in this regard. Carmarthen was an interesting place to visit."
