Ashford International Hotel & Spa
My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night.

There was no WiFi all night had to keep going to reception and there was an additional deposit charge on arrival that I have still not recieved back

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell and the bedding felt stale and musty. I had to keep the window open all day and night just to make the room bearable, which was far from ideal on a cold and wet February weekend. Cleanliness was also a major issue. ...
