"Let me just say how convenient this hotel is!! It’s right in the heart of downtown Cleveland and since I was visiting the museum of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, it was perfect! Legit only a less than 5 minutes drive and less than a 10 minute walk! The hotel staff at check in were very nice, had great customer service and even though it got a little busy, they were still fast in the process. My room was nice and spacious for me and my sister and since we only stayed one night we didn’t exactly get to enjoy it fully but it did its job! The room looked really well maintained and clean! Same to be said about the bathroom. I felt safe in this hotel as well. Room seemed secure and everything. The only downside is that since the hotel is downtown it does tend go get noisy and my room was facing the street so I could hear all the loud cars driving by, the police sirens/ambulance sirens and the church from across the street ringing their bell almost every hour 😭😅 but like I said I was only there for one night so maybe it was a busy night and it’s not usually like that lol so keep that in mind! Overall, 10/10 recommend!"

"Typical older hotel, nothing fancy, but the room was clean, bed comfortable, good shower, breakfast typical hotel breakfast, only issue was the noise. My room was right by the highway so traffic noise and my neighbors all seemed to wake up at 2:00 am and go in and out of their rooms, slamming the door every time. Why do people do that? So rude. Free airport shuttle."

"The staff at the front desk and everyone that we encountered was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was fairly clean, the bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it was nothing to fret about. The carpet could also use an update since it was very stained in our room. The breakfast was nice for a free hotel breakfast, but listening to the kitchen workers yell loudly back and forth to each other right behind the opened door from the eating area was a bit annoying while trying to enjoy our meal. We enjoyed how walkable most of our activities and dinners were from the hotel. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but I hope that these constructive critiques will be considered by management."

"We stayed here due to its location to the Guardians ballpark. Everything was just ok. Nothing really stood out, except parking was included in the cost."

"Beautiful hotel, clean, great workout room and the restaurant bar was friendly. Our bartender/waiter was awesome. His signature drink was the best margarita I’ve ever had. He was also very good at his job."

"Clean room, great decor, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a good selection, plenty of parking on site. Easy drive to the airport. My only complaint was the loud bang from the AC everytime it shut off during the night. However I would book again."
