He finally was able to determine the problem Expedia was causing with the payment being transferred. He is definitely a five star employee!"

"This is a very basic hotel, but for the price it was a great value. The room was very clean and had plenty of outlets, which was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly, and the location right off the highway was very convenient. The shower had incredible water pressure—the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. The beds, however, were not very comfortable. I liked the layout with the sink outside the bathroom, but there wasn't a hand towel by the sink. Since someone was using the bathroom, it wasn't easy to access the towel that was hanging inside. A couple of small things to note: bring your own shampoo. The shampoo provided appeared to be partially used and the bottles didn't match. Also, the shower curtain was very lightweight and kept blowing inward, causing water to splash onto the bathroom floor. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again, especially for the price."

"The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also enjoyed breakfast. The room was clean, as were the hallways. I'm not sure if there was an elevator, but I was directed to the stairs. Check in was efficient."

"Check in was easy! Our room was nice, beds were comfy and clean. Pressure in the shower was nice. Spotted an area of mold by the shower (probably due to poor ventilation) but not a big deal. Had a TV, microwave and a fridge which was great. We were right by the breakfast room which had decent food. Location is very nice, right off the highway and by a gas station and a couple little restaurants. Overall would stay here again!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. There was an alarm going off in the hallway which I reported to the front desk. It turned out to be an alarm clock in the next room. The staff took care of it immediately and I was able to rest well."
