The room was advertised as soundproof however the noise from the adjoining room was too loud, we had to move rooms. Lovely accommodation, spacious, warm and very comfortable. Beds were also very comfortable. My only negative comment is about the road condition from the main road down to the cottages - lots of large potholes with parts of the road in very poor condition.
