It is where students stay, so is only available during their vacation times.The room was very basic but very clean and very reasonably priced. The TV in our room was not connected to anything and you couldn't cast to it - so you would need to use an HDMI cable to connect and we stopped carrying that a long time ago. The location was less than 10 minutes drive away from the Tallships Landing.

Our stay was pleasant enough although we were not informed by the booking agent that there was no TV service, Also, there was a fee for parking (offsite) which we were also not informed of. I was locked out when I exited the building to put my luggage in the car. Fortunately, there was a security guard close by who helped me regain entry. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and our overall stay was pleasant.

The place was easy to find, and conveniently located, was expecting to pay for parking only to find out that since it was the weekend it was free, we stayed for two nights while we explored thousand islands. Would book again. Only observation the was no A/C as far I know so it was a little warm, but I never asked. I forgot a special travel pillow in the room was hoping someone would contact me, but never happened and there is no direct way to contact anyone.

Basic room with a two beds, desks, fridge and microwave and a bathroom all as advertised. It was very clean. I would probably have given a 5/5 except for the mattresses being a bit lower quality (but for such a low price I didn't expect top of the line). It was probably a bit too soft for many people, although it was ok for me and I slept fine. I only paid $69 on Expedia and got my money's worth for sure.

Room was clean, staff is friendly - parking is an extra fee which is annoying because if you have a visitor or even someone drop you off and help you inside - they will get a ticket. Im not sure theres a kitchen you can use but maybe.
