"The Breakfast was very good and the Attendant was a very friendly and happy woman who always helped start the day off in a good way. The Curtains need to be replaced and the mini fridge in the room was removed and the ice maker was broken. The Bar closed early, wish it was open at least 1 hour longer.
The Bed was very comfortable and pillows were very comfortable. Towels very soft and smelled good. Was disappointed the local Hockey Broadcast was not on the tv. Rooms need a little general maintenance like fixing the peeling wall paper. Maybe a USB outlet or 2 would be nice. "
"This hotel did not have key cards it has house keys the hotel staff was caught inside my room 3 times snooping while they thought all of us were sleeping in the room scared my kids out of a sound sleep in the middle of the night the first time and then was caught 2 more times while my kids sat awake and quiet scared to death I would not recommend ANYONE stays here especially if the have kids! Very scetchy not safe!!!"
"Just okay overall. Staff not friendly or inviting. I was told no real Easter celebration, such as Easter Egg hunt or Easter bunny for children, but then there was an Easter bunny. My grandchildren were excluded from The event or information was not accurate? I probably would not choose this hotel again. Certainly not the White Inn values from when I lived there with my children."
"First thing, I pulled into the parking lot and the overall look of the premises looks like a shelter, unkept Secondly, the building smells like an animal shelter and an old ashtray. Thirdly, the people that are staying in the hotel are very questionable. Fourth, at this point I’m questioning my family’s safety? The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, cold boiled eggs, hard bagels, very bruised bananas. The room was ok, clean sheets & towels, I guess that was the only decent thing. The curtains looked as if they were never washed/or cleaned since they were installed. The staff was ok, when asked if the facility was a shelter the gentleman hesitated on responding. Overall, this hotel needs a major overhaul upgrade and get rid of the rehab people if you want to stay in business. Suggestion: just convert into a shelter that helps rehabilitated people if that’s what you want to do. I’m sure most of your customers will agree. If Im paying to stay in a hotel then thats the atmosphere I’m expecting to see. Clarion do better. I will never be returning here!! "
