"This was a great stay! Our host was efficient and so very friendly. He took us on a tour of the house when we requested one to see all the beautiful woodwork. The breakfast was delicious! There was one mechanical issue overnight, but our host was on site and did an excellent job correcting the issue with minimal disruption. Highly recommend staying here!"
"We got there at 4 o’clock and had four rooms reserved and two of the rooms were not done.
We had to go out to eat and get everything in the car and come back and could not check into the last two rooms until 5 o’clock
wasn’t very convenient."
"Checking went without any issues, Staff was nice. The room was satisfactory, clean and ready. nice to have a mini fridge for leftovers from dinner, but unfortunately the microwave did not work. Thankfully the AC worked. We checked in late and only stayed for one night, so it was fine. We didn't even turn on the TV to see if it worked LOL, (too tired). I was looking forward to the swimming pool, but it was closed. By the looks of it it has seen better days. Breakfast was good, but ran out of Orange Juice and no Apple Juice and I could not locate staff. I think the hotel was short staffed due to the State T&F Championship at Eastern Univ. which we came from. overall our stay was good."
"We booked online. When we saw "by Wyndham" we associated that with good quality.
I called the contact number provided online multiple times prior to arrival. No one ever answered and the call was repeatedly dropped. Upon check in, I asked about it and was provided with a completely different number.
The main lobby entrance outside door was propped open.
The room was clean and ok.
The toilet seat was very loose. We asked to borrow a screw driver so we could fix it. The desk clerk came to our room and tried to fix it. The fix was very short lived.
There was some type of smoke detector? dangling from our ceiling.
The door on the ac controls was broken and fell off when we opened it.
Outside our window was a rusted old storage shed and an overgrown flowerbed with no flowers.
The sidewalks were partially blocked with overgrown bushes.
The outside entrance was not secure even though there was a slide bar for the room key. The nuts and bolts of the lock were missing. Anyone could walk in.
Advertised "Breakfast" consisted of a very minimum continental type breakfast.
Unfortunately, our stay was poor overall quality and we were disappointed."
