"I had requested a handicapped accessible room, but was told they were booked. No elevator so my mother had a very hard time going up and down the stairs.
The room was a standard room, so no handicapped accessible bathroom. The toilet was too low and the grab bar in the bathtub was broken, which made it very hard for my mother.
The a/c wasn't really doing its job. The fridge was humming loudly that we thought it was very windy outside. My key card wouldn't work the second day. Tried to contact manager and finally got her after several phone calls, knocking on the office door and ringing of the bell on the counter. (Probably about fifteen minutes) Looked like I awoke her from sleep.
The handicapped parking wasn't close to the front door, and had standing water around the front door parking.
Maybe owner should consider putting in an elevator. I'd hate to see others struggling trying to get to the second floor. These broken things should be repaired, but I'm sure it doesn't get logged. "
