"The breakfast was okay - normal breakfast buffet food - but the woman working there was great! She was constantly moving to make sure the area stayed cleaned and the food was as fresh as possible.
Our experience with the front desk was less than great. The check in guy was just a bit dismissive. He asked us if we wanted our room service the next day and we said yes. The service staff never showed. When I called down - the front desk person didn't believe us. Then when I asked for fresh towels - she expected us to come down and get them and bring our dirty towels with us. The poor service. Then upon check out - the women at the front were more interested in talking with each other than answering our questions. "
"Rude staff, non existent breakfast for a “ convention center “ pool is 2 feet deep and dirty. Everything is worn down and in bad condition. Could’ve stayed much nicer places for same price.
Would highly not recommend!!!"
"Nice room facing the river. Breakfast was in lovely atrium area. Some areas of convention area being renovated but not an inconvenience to our stay. On site restaurant has good reviews "
"The guy working at the front desk was rude, obnoxious and full of profanity at 11:30pm at check-in. Property was listed as pet friendly with no mention of an up charge on hotels.com. I pointed that out after he said he was charging $25 for our dog. He went on a rampage. I called the manager and he did not call back. I’d avoid this place. At least one toxic employee ruins the culture of the place. "
