"Nice clean room, great for a quick stay! I only needed to be in Boston for one night and this was a great option. 15 minute walk to the Red Line, and it wasn't a bad walk at all. Got back to the place my first night pretty late, but the area was clean and I wasn't nervous about feeling unsafe or anything of that nature. I didn't use the kitchen or some of the other offered amenities but regardless was a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for any quick trips!"

"Club Quarters is in a very convenient location for visiting The Freedom Trail. Many sites are easily walkable from the hotel. The water bottles and chilled water were a welcome touch given the hot weather during our stay. While our room (queen suite) was somewhat dated, it was large and clean. The shower was a bit small but had great water pressure. Would stay again if in the area."

"The hotel was in a great location, very central to the things we wanted to do while in Boston. The main common areas were clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful with our questions. A few suggestions to make future experiences better.... 1 - The lobby was overly crowded with tables and chairs. It made the check in area and accessing the front desk difficult. Just clearing the one row in front of the front desk would have made a big difference. 2 - Although it was great the hotel accepts pets, having a small on-site area to take the dogs to relieve themselves would have been a bonus. 3 - Ice buckets in the room with disposable cups other than coffee cups would have been a nice to have. 4 - The room had a mini fridge, but no microwave. Adding a microwave would be a great addition. Overall great stay and would stay there again!"

"The concierges were wonderful and helpful, but many times the doormen were on their phones while we were coming in and out holding bags etc and not really paying attention to the guests as much as they should have. Rooms were clean but on the smaller side, but very skimpy on the body wash. We got a tiny little bottle each day for two of us. I know we could have asked for more but was a bit strange. Location was really fantastic and close to everything. And again, the front desk people were really amazing. Would maybe stay again but will check out other places as well. Nothing bad. But not fantastic."
