"Updated rooms. We have been traveling North and this our place to stay. It is quiet. Rooms updated new furniture and carpet. New tub/shower with granite sink top. Staff are very efficient. Never had time, but do have an indoor pool. Value for your money. Just off I-71. Fast food one exit before if going to I-75"
"Problems at check in. Clerk advised she didn’t normally work front desk. She was in the bathroom when we arrived with a sign out. She was unable to check us in and finally had to do a workaround to get us a key. The tires on the luggage cart were deflated so it was very difficult to roll. My husband mentioned the problem to the clerk and said they need to be inflated. She said, I know they’re horrible. No coffee makers in the room so that was not cool. Additionally, my husband went down to get me some water and waited but no one at desk. He grabbed me a water and went back down later to tell the clerk and asked her to charge it to our room. Our phone rang at 11 pm and she asked me to pay for my water over the phone either a credit card. The tub had red rust at the drain and a long hair in it. Upon check out, I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. I work in HR for the hospitality industry and this was not a good look for this brand."
"The room was mostly clean. TV was not plugged in and the cord was covered in dust. There was a spot that was missed cleaning the room previously. The bathroom seem to have been patched together as things broke. It’s great for laying your head down while traveling."
"All was excellent, had 1 maintenance issue which occurred after 9:30 pm on the final night. I Told staff upon checking out the next morning. Room 228 sink drain line was disconnected. Too late to call for a fix, simply moved garbage can under the p trap. Desk clerk offered to discount the stay until she saw it was booked through Expedia. Nice offer but it did not negatively impact our stay at this property.
All staff was friendly, smiling and greeted upon passing any in the halls or front desk area.
Suggestion: replace toilet in that room. It is so small, a 2nd grader might feel comfortable on it imo."
"The entire building needs renovation. Water leak marks in the room ceiling. Tub faucet with slow constant dripping.
Breakfast at 6a. 6:15-6-30 dining still close. No breakfast. Stayed 5 nights same everyday. Only donut served. McDonald is nxt door if you want good coffee in AM.
AC works ok. Bed is ok..Sheets and towels clean. But they don't straightened or make bed when cleaning. Just take garbage.
What you pay is what you get.
AJay is professional and friendly and welcoming
Needs to hire a good English speaking staff.
Property close to everything - fast food, Walmart, gas station.and I-71."
