"Pro: Good location Cons: I ordered room with queen bed, however mattress was much smaller (FULL, not queen). There was not enough space for me and my wife and we could not really sleep. It is false advertising. I would not book room with full mattress for 2 people. Also, water in the shower stopped altogether at one point, and in a couple of minutes flow resumed, but it was yellow. No fridge or bottled water in the room, one needs to go 13 floors down to the lobby to get water. "

"The day I was traveling with my baby, the hotel called me to confirm my reservation by having me pay for the room over the phone. I told then I didn't feel comfortable and that I had selected to pay in person in the hotel room. She was rude and didn't like that I wouldn't pay but I read her my reservation policy and had till later that day to pay without cancellation of my reservation. I also told her that I was traveling alone with a baby and would get in late. Then when I got there, other women that just checked in came back from their room to complain of it's smell. The women behind the desk gave them disinfectant spray as the solution. Then after I checked in the room was dirty. There was pee around the toilet. The bed looked like it was slept in. The sheets did not look or feel fresh. They felt old and used. Food crumbs were all over the carpet. There was sticky stuff on the night stand. Lamps were stained with water. The phone and lamp was broken. I called the front desk through my cell phone and the lady was rude. She said she couldn't help me and hung up on me. I tried to check out that night and they did not give me a refund. "

"Wonderful hotel, great location (albeit busy street), good breakfast, good coffee, but do NOT order dessert at the hotel's restaurant. We ordered 2 desserts and both of them were subpar. "
