Everything was great except they didn’t enter my registration and got fined £60. Make sure you do it and don’t rely on the hotel to do it for you. It was a daft error on my part and will be using this review to assist others.

Booked an accessible room, the one we were given was down 3 flights of stairs so mother had to sleep in the car. Dogs hairs in the bed.
