"No elevator. We had to carry our suitcases up a flight of stairs. We didn’t have enough towels. There were four of us in the room and only two sets of towels. No free WiFi. Breakfast was very good. There was a cook on site and food was served for you. "

We arrived late in the evening and they said they already completed their audit for the night and they showed we were booked for the next day even though I had the receipt. They turned us away and we had to find another hotel. Expedia was awesome and we received a refund on our payment."

"Hello, when we arrived at the hotel and walked in it was like a ghost town. I stood there looking around wondering who was going to check me in as I stood there your employee walked out with a straight face and had no personality at all. The beds were uncomfortably and rhe the toilet wouldn’t flush good and the walls were paper thin so I got to listen to the guy in the room next to me snore all night. "
